There are significant differences (P<0.01)for patients in different ages, standard of culture, income level, course of the disease, number ofadmissions and the medical payment method.2、The level of quality of life was low(56.75±11.16).There are significantdifferences (P<0.05)for patients in different standard of culture, incomelevel, course of the disease, and the medical payment method.3、There was a strong negative relationship between resilience and qualityof life(P<0.01).Conclusions1、Type2diabetes patients’ resilience was at a medium level;quality of lifewas at a low level, there was still space to improve on some degree.2、Low level of education, low income, long course of the disease, self payand being in hospital many times, the patints has low resilience and poor qualityof life.3、The higher the level of resilience one has,the better their the quality oflife. It prompt that the clinical medical workers may draw up the psychologicalinterventions improving the type2diabetes’ patients resilience and the qualityof life.
