ObjectiveThe paper understanded the basic status of resilience,social support and quality of life in the cerebral infarction patients,analyses the influencing factors and interaction among them.Develop effective psychological nursing intervention measures and provide a scientific basis to improve cerebral infarction patients' mental health and quality of life.MethodsThis research was cross-sectional study,surveyed 150 patients with cerebral infarction after thrombolytic therapy in three first-class hospitals of Jinzhou.Structured questionnaires included demographic data questionnaire,the Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL),the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).SPSS19.0 statistical software was applied to collect and analyze data.The main methods consisted of descriptive statistical analysis,one-way ANOVA,independent sample t test,SNK-q inspection,Game-Howell and Pearson correlation analysis.Results1.The resilience score of the patients with cerebral infarction after thrombolytic was(52.92±5.82),the three dimension score from high to low were: perseverance,self-improvement,optimistic.The score of Survival quality was(140.95±19.90),12 dimension scores from high to low arrangement were respectively;language,movement,upper limb function,self-care ability,vision,and social activities,emotions,thinking ability,physical fitness,family events,personality,ability to work.Social support score was(35.52±5.69),the dimension score from high to low order as: subjective support,objective support,to support the use of degrees.2.Age,cultural level,income level and medical payment affect the resilience,social support and the quality of life in the patients.3.Psychological elasticity and after thrombolytic therapy treatment of cerebral infarction patients quality of life were significantly positive correlation(P<0.01),the relationship with social support was significantly positively related(P<0.01),the total score of social support and total scores of each dimension and quality of life and its various dimensions there were significant positive correlation(P<0.01).Conclusions1.After thrombolytic therapy treatment of cerebral infarction patients psychological elasticity level is low,the quality of life and social support in the medium level,but it remains to be continue to ascend.Different demographic characteristics resilience exist differences in patients with cerebral infarction,the age is small,low degree of culture,low income level,medical payment method for the expenses of patients psychological elasticity is low.2.In clinical work,we should take care of the characteristics in patient,make special nursing care,evaluate,promote,and evaluate every steps.3.There is a positive correlation among resilience,social support and quality of life,in the patients with thrombolytic therapy treatment of cerebral infarction.Prompt resilience level is higher,the higher the degree of social support,the better the quality of life.Psychological elasticity level is higher,the better the quality of life,prompted by making targeted psychological nursing intervention measures,can significantly improve patients psychological elasticity,thus improve the quality of life.
