Objective:To improve the quality of life of female infertility patients in Changchun,we investigated the current situation of resilience, posttraumatic growth and quality of life in patients, and then we analyzed factors which affect quality of life in patients.Besides,we discussed the relationship among resilience, posttraumatic growth and quality of life in female infertility patients. Methods:The General Information of patients, the Chinese version of CD-RISC,the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)and the Fertility Quality of Life Questionnaire(Ferti Qo L)were used in this paper.A total of 310 female infertility patients were surveyed in a hospital in Changchun from June to November 2016.The general information, score of resilience, posttraumatic growth and quality of life were analyzed using descriptive analysis;t-test,ANOVA analysis and rank sum test were used for the differences in demographic variables of patients' quality of life.Multiple regression analysis was used for multiple-factor analysis.Pearson and Spearman correlation were used to analyze the bivariate correlation.Wen zhonglin's testing of the mediating effects was used to test the mediating role of resilience.Results:1.The average score of quality of life was(67.47±11.93).In the six dimensions, relational got the highest score, tolerability got the lowest score. The average score of resilience was(66.52±14.32).Strength got the highest score and optimism got the lowest score in the three dimensions. The average score of posttraumatic growth was(51.70±15.14).The average scores of each entry from highness to lowliness in turn in the five dimensions were: appreciation of life, personal strength, relationships with others, new possibilities,spirituality.2.The correlation coefficients among all dimensions and total scores of quality of life and resilience were 0.187~0.434,resilience could positively predict quality of life(P<0.001).3.The correlation coefficients among all dimensions and total scores of quality of life and posttraumatic growth were 0.115~0.596,posttraumatic growth could positively predict quality of life(P<0.05).4.The mediating effect of resilience accounted for 15.8% of the total effect, and the mediating effect explained 19.5% of the total variance of patients' quality of life.5.The influencing factors, that the quality of life of female infertility patients analyzed by single factor analysis, showed that different age, literacy levels, residence, occupation, monthly income, religion, character type, marriage years, infertility years, treatment years, number of IVF-ET had significant effects on patients' quality of life(P<0.05).The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that treatment years, monthly income, marriage years, and living in city eventually entered the regression model. The standardized coefficient were:-0.712,0.198,0.308 and 0.129.Conclusions:1.The quality of life, resilience and posttraumatic growth of the investigated female infertility patients were all in the middle level.2.Resilience and posttraumatic growth could both positively predict patients' quality of life respectively.Resilience was the mediator between posttraumatic growth and quality of life.3.Treatment years, monthly income, marriage years, and living in city were the main factors that affect patients' quality of life.Monthly income, marriage years, and living in city could positively predict patients' level of quality of life.Treatment years could negatively predict patients' level of quality of life.
