Development And Application Of A New Type Purification-smoke Moxibustion Apparatus

Objective: To design a new type Purification-smoke moxibustion apparatus forthe convenient use of both physicians and patients.Methods: Comprehensive use of acupuncture, combustion, heat transfer, fluiddynamics, pollution control science and other related disciplines theory, industrial design,developed a new type Purification-smoke moxibustion apparatus. Through literaturesearch and clinical investigation to understand the presence of smoke, environmentalpollution, poor security on three major issues moxibustion device to use the current,moxibustion device existing technology, product research, to determine the key points ofthe technical aspects to be solved, and existing problems to improve the traditionalstructure, organization of the flue gas flow to select specific solutions for specificfiltration and absorption materials. Net smoke moxibustion functional elements in thedevelopment process, modeling elements, the elements of the internal structure analysis,selection of the synthetic panel material, the solid filtered, the solid-liquid adsorptionpurification put style, design and ergonomic interface and removable structu re,improvement of existing moxibustion device.Results:(1) The experimental study, the structure will be burning pollutants intosmoke and smell were the physical and chemical measures to deal with;(2) reliable theanti-ash design, convenient detachable for easy replacement moxa and internal cleaning;(3) Ergonomic detachable structure can be fixed in any part of the body, and easyreplacement of moxa and internal cleaning;(4) When the leaves burning in the relativelysealed apparatus, the heat generated is not easy to distribute, infiltration, and prolongedtherapeutic effects;(5) The beginning sense temperature of the acupoints was significantdifferent between the comfortable temperature and tolerance temperature, tolerance totemperature could be considered to prevent burns as a clinical extreme temperature,moxibustion reference for safety. Conclusion: This purification-smoke moxibustion apparatus uses moderntechnology and methods to eliminate smoke and odor in the process of moxibustionstimulation on the human body and environmental pollution, and significantly improvethe clinical efficacy of the moxibustion, more convenient medical knowledge of theoperation control and use, to further optimize the environment for medical treatment, andare conducive to the moxibustion standardized operation and innovation in the reform ofmoxibustion instruments.
