Analysis Of Burning Production Of Artemisia Chemical Composition And The Manufacture Of Multifunctional Moxibustion Apparatu

Moxibustion is a therapeutics of traditional herbalist. It uses moxa,which is made of Artemisia, to cure different illnesses by roasting on venations of human body. Moxibustion acts by heating,approximately infrared ray and medicament infiltrate , but people know little about chemical compositions and configuration of Artemisia. Our aim is to analyze the burning production of Artemisia, find out the chemical compositions and configuration, create the qualification of moxibustion machanism and look for some new medicines which have especial functions. Job details are as follows:(1)Two kinds of solvents(benzene-methanol and n-butanol) were used to absorb the smoke of burning Artemisia respectively; the light-component and weightily-component were acquired by distilling and separating; the ash of burning Artemisia was collected.(2)Analyzed the light-component by GC-MS , attained 25 and 31 kinds of components from this two absorbents,among this ,13 kinds of components existed in the both of absorbents.We attain totally 42 kinds of components and their configurations, contained a lot of aromatic compounds and 2 kinds of typical terpene compounds.(3)Dissolved the weightily-component by methanol and filtrated it, separated and token the configuration of weightily component by GC-MS. 18 kinds of component and their configuration were detected, those components weren't revealed in the light-components.(4)Extracted the ash of burning Artemisia by methanol, filtrated and concentrated , attained 14 kinds of components by HPLC analysis. Ulteriorly concentrated the extractive liquor, attained a kind of white crystal and a tar, analyzed crystal by IR, SEM, MS, 1HNMR, but could not confirm the configuration of this crystal. Grads extracted the tar, separate and token whit configuration the ethyl acetate extraction by GC-MS, attained 23 kinds of components, hereinto have a lot of aliphatic, there is a same kind of component appeared both in ash of burning Artemisia and weightily-component.(5)Ameliorated and optimized Moxibustion therapeutics of traditional herbalist, manufactured a new type of multifunctional Moxibustion apparatus.
