Gout is a group of heterogeneous disorders which is caused the increase of longpurine metabolism, and blood uric acid. It will cause serious harm to the human body. Inour country, with the rapid development of national economy, people’s quality of life isincreasing day by day and the change of diet, work pressure and the fast pace of life resultin more people getting gout, at a younger age. To this day, there is no effective method intreating gout. While western medicine can control it, it comes with many side effects.Compared with western medicine, Chinese medicine can more efficiently treat gout withno side effects, especially the moxibustion. But the traditional moxibustion has manydefects. In this case, this paper will design a gout moxibustion apparatus, which is basedon a principle of moxibustion and on current science and technology to make up for theshortcomings of traditional moxibustion.This article is based on the principles of modern technology and moxibustion todesign a Gout moxibustion instrument in order to avoid the shortcomings of traditionalmoxibustion, and the simplifying defect of modern moxibustion apparatus. In the designprocess, putting the Ai infrared spectroscopy as a reference, we test the pre-selectedcarbon fiber infrared quartz heating tube as the light source of the instrument; Second,after analyzing traditional monxibustion, confirming that the method of treatment shouldbe bird pecking for treating gout.; Thirdly controlling the thyristor switch by adjusting theduty cycle of the PWM waveform output of STM32to control the light source on/off,designing related hardware and software to achieve the bird pecking method; At the sametime, this design simplifies17points by contrasting the etiology of the gout disease andthe function of the acupoint on the basis of arranging the mass of information related toacupuncture treatment of gout to make this design gout moxibustion instrument to achievethe therapeutic effect in which a focus on Ashi, Guan Yuan with Zhongwan. In addition, atemperature acquisition, wireless remote control, touch screen and other circuit design areadded to the design process in order to promote conveniently the ventilation moxibustion instrument. Finally, making use of an oscilloscope to collect PWM and AC waveformsource of the light to test and verify the moxibustion instrument validated analysis.
