Objective:Dysmenorrhea is the symptom of priodical microgastropods pain to women in or around menstruation ,which is divided into primary and secondary dysmenorrhea, is a common gynecological clinical disease. Acupuncture treatment for this disease has better effect, without side effects, and quickly. This study through analyzing the etiology and the pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea, observing the clinical efficacy of primary dysmenorrhea by warming moxibustion apparatus, and compared with other treatment methods.to explore the mechanism of the acupuncture treatment for primary dysmenorrhea, Prevention and treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, opened up a new way, and the guidance of acupuncture treatment of this disease in clinical practice to provide an objective basis.Methods:1.Groups divided: Selecting cases according to the diagnostic criteria, internalizing standard, and exclusion criteria for primary dysmenorrhea. Patients are divided into acupuncture and warming moxibustion apparatus Group (followed referred to acupuncture group), the Chinese Medicines group, Western medicine group .To observ the clinical efficacy of primary dysmenorrhea.2.
