| Purpose This research is aimed at solving the problems,such as the distance and direction of moxibustion,in treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with moxibustion by using a new modified moxibustion device model,to observe the application effects of the new modified moxibustion device.The purpose of the research is setting up standardized training procedures for modified moxibustion device and clinical nursing operations,to evaluate the clinical effects of using modified moxibustion conbined with acupuncture to treat patients with lumbar disc herniation after standardized operation process training for nursing staff.Method 1.The design and manufacture of dimensional and multifunctional moxibustion device(short for modified moxibustion device): according to the shortage of the traditional moxibustion tool,improve the existing moxibustion device,designed a long warm moxibustion device.From bottom to top,in turn,is equipped with chassis,pillar,turntable and multiple moxibustion point,post will adjust through multiple class nested installation height.Multiple moxibustion point are connected to the turntable through the memory rod;wuich was designed with cover and the tailstock,tailstock was fixed through moxibustion cover at the back of the plate.Equiped with an axis through the adjustment of the tailstock lever,the tailstock was connected with rod threaded.The outer is equipped with the the adjustment,which was used to adjust lever position along the axis adjustment and moxibustion connector was placed in the end of regulate rod.2.The standardized operation process for modified moxibustion and training program: Select 45 nurses from the department of acupuncture and moxibustion,Wuhan traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital.Training them with standardized operation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing.The training content is the application of common use of TCM nursing technology,including six items : TCM cupping,moxibustion(including the operation of modified moxibustiondevice),auricular beans,herbal Reyanbao,acupoint sticking and hot scraping method.Each training item lasts for one month.After passing the theory and operation test,each nursing staff will operate all the items in clinical work,and let the patient fill out a Chinese medicine nursing satisfaction questionnaire,which aims at evaluating the level of nurses' understanding and mastery of the theoretical knowledge,the practical ability of operation,the operation level of nurses and the satisfaction degree of patients.3.The observation of clinical effects: Select 174 patients,whose conditions are all accord with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)diagnostic criteria of “Diagnostic criteria of TCM Syndrome”,in Wuhan integrated TCM and Western medicine hospital from January 2016 to December 2016.The patients were divided into treatment group and control group,87 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with improved moxibustion device after routine acupuncture.The control group was treated with Moxa sticks after routine acupuncture.To individually record and calculate the JOA scores of the two groups before and after treatment,evaluating the curative effect and statistical data analysis.Result 1.Features of modified moxibustion device: the height was adjustable through the column section by nested installation,memory stick can bend stress and stress state.More moxibustion point was convenient in multidimensional from various angles,Moxibustion cover mesh prevented drops ashes causing burns,and also easy to clean.Adsorption layer can prevent burning smoke diffuses into the space.Patients can adjusting the lever control the temperature of the smoked moxibustion,adjustment plate can be controlled ventilation,thus to affect the burning time.2.After taking the TCM nursing technique standardization process training,the understanding and mastery of the theoretical knowledge of nurses and the operation ability have been improved obviously,patients' satisfaction increased significantly,P<0.05.3.After treated with acupuncture and moxibustion byimproved moxibustion apparatus to cure LDH,the lumbar function score of treatment group is higher thanthe score before treatment,the degree of improvement and total effective rate of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,p<0.05.Conclusion The performance of modified moxibustion device is better than that of before.To design a reasonable standardized training program and process before nursing operation can help to improve the operation level and professional quality of nurses,which can improve patient satisfaction and support clinical services better.Treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion by improved moxibustion device is helpful to improve lumbar function score of the patients,to relieve the patient's pain.This method has a good clinical efficacy and should be widely used. |
