The construction site is the stronghold of security incidents, the method foraccurate analysis and safety evaluation of the cause of the inccidents, the government,business, academia focus on how to reduce safety accidents. Research on securityincidents combined with the dangerous source of safety management and studycausation theory of incident.Statistics2010-2012Ministry of Housing and Urbanincidents Letters, summarized and analysis the safety accident type, time distribution,thus the type of security incidents and time distribution. Analysis on Typical incidents:falling from height incidents, collapse incident, against objects incidents, lifting injuryaccident of the time distribution characteristics, to provide a reliable reference for theprevention and control measures taken to reduce accidents.On scaffold falling, falling accident, and the hole edge in the fall and theimpending fall as the main type. Collapse accident, because the scaffolding support dueto the unstable collapse accidents accounted for the total number of accidents above22%.Analysis of typical scaffold accident cases classification summary and incidentscause analysis, combined with field research, data measured analysis of the cause maylead to scaffold accidents. To identification and classification of the grading, in order torealize the scaffold incidents cause of the detailed analysis.For scaffold incidents mainly divided into two categories: scaffold incidentsfalling from height, scaffold overturning collapse of the accident, to study the accidentof scaffold model. On the use of Fault Tree qualitative and quantitative analysis toobtaine what may lead to possible ways of scaffold accidents and the probability of occurrence of the size. On use of gray relevance theory, the possible failure modes ofthe incidents are sorted by relevance size, in order to identify the scaffold constructionprocess safety and reliability of the weak link, and then to take effective measures tocontrol accident.How to accurate evaluation of the overall security of scaffolding: considering thequantitative expression of the scaffold component status and external events influencingfactors, to establish the safety factors with scaffold safety status of the fuzzytransformation and comprehensive relationship. Get the the scaffold overall securitystate assessment set, with the typical fuzzy evaluation of a subset of fuzzy modeidentification, in order to determine the safety of the scaffold on which state.On the scaffold actual case, with fuzzy operation get safety assessment set by thedegree of safety observation scaffold components state and external events. With theidentification of a subset of typical fuzzy evaluation judged the overall security status ofthe scaffolding is poor should take measures ectification timely.
