A Study On Accident Causation And Safety Benefit Analysis In Construction Project

With the development of construction investment, the accident rate and benefit or safety input of construction has become an important research question to enterprises. In the meanwhile, as the main target of enterprise security management, more and more research has focused on safety management on projects. The purpose of this dissertation is to offer some scientific and reasonable proposal for construction enterprises in project safety management, by doing research on safety accident causation and safety-benefit analysis.First of all, based on summarizing the existing literatures about project safety management home and abroad, the main contents are determined; Secondly, the characteristics and main safety problems of construction project are analyzed.Thirdly, factors that impacting the construction project are analyzed,from four major aspects of people,materials,management and environment. And then major accidents types as well as their causes are statisticed and concluded; After that, some analysis about safety input, accident damage and safety benefit are made, Then as a conclusion, a classification of security investment is made, and a grey relation model on safe investment-benefit is set up, so as to provide a scientific and effective method to determine the key factor in safety benefit and effectively allocate the limited safety investment.Finally, on the basis of all analysis above, some measures and recommendations about project safety management are proposed for construction enterprises.
