Traffic Accident Regulation Analysis And Preventive Measures Research

Traffic accident is the public enemy throughout the world. It makes huge life and possession lost every year all over the world. China is one of the countries which traffic accident ratio is comparatively high. Its mortality rates per 10,000 vehicles and mortality rates per100,000 persons is always higher than national average level. Moreover, it's predictable that Chinese traffic accident will probably be more complicated than before with the coming of the peak of car consuming in China. Based on the current traffic accident situation, using the last 6 years from 2002 to 2007 traffic accident data of someone province of north China, this paper through analyzing its traffic accident character, put forward its rules from some aspects such as time space and form, statistic the cause of traffic accident, explain the relation between each factors and traffic accident. By using of the Grey Mode 1 theory, this paper forecasts traffic accident trend in the following five years. Based on discussing the four rules in traffic accident prevention and summing up the problems in the current traffic accident prevention, this paper establishes a three-grade prevention mechanism of traffic accident by using the theory of disease prevention, and put forward the solve solution.
