Study On The Causes And Preventive Measures Of The Second Accident On Expressway

In China,the number of people killed in traffic accidents is the highest in the world,and traffic accidents are always at a high level,resulting in a severe security situation.With China's increasing number of motor vehicles,the driver lack of disposal experience of traffic accident,accident warning system is not perfect,not timely and effective rescue and other causes of two accidents occupy more proportion in the traffic accident.And in the two accident,the highway is a disaster area again.Therefore in the highway accident prone area need to establish early warning mechanism for real-time traffic information,rapid notification,the timely rescue of an accident is of great significance.This paper starts from the characteristics and influencing factors of two expressway traffic accidents as the starting point,on the highway two accident period,casualties and property losses were macroscopic,microscopic and manifestations of the two accident and accident rescue and analyzed the influence to the occurrence of the two accident.Secondly,the causes and causes of the two traffic accidents are studied.In addition to the general causes,the negative binomial model is used to identify the causes of the two traffic accidents in the expressway.Through the model calculated that the proportion of trucks,speeding,improper operation,emergency overload(surchage)driving the 4 factors causing is the main factor of the two expressway traffic accidents.On the basis of this,the two traffic accident causation model is put forward.Third,two accident control and prevention countermeasures were formulated,and two accident warning systems were constructed.This part discusses the control and prevention measures of Expressway two accidents,from the perspective of general measures of angle and the significant factors were developed to prevent highway two accident prevention measures,respectively according to the proportion of trucks,two accidents in speeding,improper operation of emergency and bad weather in four aspects of the corresponding system.The two accident warning system of expressway is constructed,the warning limits of warning system are set up,and the contents and methods of early-warning information are also put forward.Fourth,combined with actual cases,the paper carried out the analysis of the two accident warning system of expressway,and used the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the two accident warning systems of Sui man expressway.Based on the general context of phenomenon,cause and countermeasure,this paper constructs the train of thought for analyzing the two traffic accidents on Expressway,and puts forward some corresponding solutions.This study enriches the theoretical contents and research methods of the two traffic accidents on freeway,and provides more objective and practical data and reference models for the study of the two accidents on freeway.
