| Under the background of the rapid development of contemporary social technology,the skill level and target requirements in various fields are constantly improving,and the engineering projects become more and more huge and complex.How to make the best use of all kinds of resources within the scheduled time and complete the construction task with high quality according to the expected goal has gradually been regarded as one of the most important issues by project managers.Because electric power engineering has the characteristics of many objectives,large investment scale,difficult construction environment and tight resource constraints,it is especially important to apply scientific and retional theories,technologies and effective management methods to manage the progress of electric power engineering projects.On the premise of meeting the quality requirements of the project,how to cut down the construction time,lower the construction cost,and enhance the utilization efficiency of personnel and equipment to complete the transformation task of the substation requires more accurate preparation of the project progress,management approach and safeguard measures,so that the simple and extensive management model in the past is gradually transformed into a scientific and mature management model,which is of great significance to the healthy development of the power industry.For this article,the equipment transformation project of Y substation is taken as the research object,and the critical chain technology is used to optimize the schedule management when the commencement time is delayed and the construction period is extremely tight.By reviewing and studying the literature on project schedule management and critical chain technology at home and abroad using the literature research method,the research achievements and development history of project schedule management and critical chain technology at home and abroad are summarized.Use the field survey method to understand the implementation of the project schedule,sort out and summarize the possible problems and causes.Using case analysis method,this paper analyzes the case of 220kV Y substation equipment transformation project.The applicability of critical chain technology in power construction projects is verified by optimizing the project schedule and schedule management scheme with critical chain technology.The implementation effect before and after optimization is compared by using comparative research method,and the value of introducing critical chain technology into power project schedule management is analyzed.In the equipment transformation project of Y substation,the critical chain technology is applied to each process.Through the three-point estimation method,the construction period of each process is re-estimated,and the unreasonable safety time set manually is eliminated.Through the construction of the network diagram to determine the critical path,and balance the restrictive factors of each process,so as to determine the critical chain.Based on the three-point estimation method and the project characteristics,considering the relative position of each process and the duration characteristics of each process,the location weight and elastic coefficient are introduced to determine the size of each process buffer zone.The relationship between buffer consumption and task chain progress is used to monitor buffer consumption and establish an early warning mechanism.Finally,by comparing the actual completion of the construction time with the original schedule,the results show that the use of the critical chain technology has saved the actual construction period of the Y substation equipment transformation project by 18 days,fully proving the advantages and applicability of the critical chain method in the Y substation equipment transformation project,expanding the application scope of the critical chain technology in power projects,and providing a reference for other power construction projects. |
