Nowadays,fierce market competition has been extended to various industries.As a traditional industry,the automobile industry naturally becomes one of the main battleground of the highly competitive market.Judging from the current situation,the competition of the automobile market can be described as “horrifying”.Many of the traditionally large enterprises have closed down,while a number of emerging enterprises rise quickly.Researches have found that although there are many factors that affect the success of automobile enterprises,there is a very critical factor,that is,the level of independent research and development capabilities.Those enterprises who really have independent research and development capabilities will make efforts in product's quality,performance and other aspects,so as to win over consumers.In today's automobile market,any automobile product cannot exist for a long time.Instead,it has a life cycle,usually about 3-5 years.This requires companies to fully grasp the time and seize the timing to be listed.As we all know,the development of a new type of enterprise needs to be automobileried out from various paths simultaneously.Moreover,during the process,we need to maintain the close link between these paths.However,the lack of uniform time control will bring a lot of obstacles to the process.Once these obstacles are not removed quickly,they will bring an indelible impact to the enterprise.With the development of the times,research and development has become the main theme of the automobile industry.However,research and development,after all,is a systematic work,in the course of which problems will inevitably arise.Based on this,this paper uses automobile C as the specific example and focuses on the application value of Critical Chain Method(CCM),especially the value of these methods in project schedule management,which is used as a breakthrough to solve all kinds of bottlenecks in automobile's research and development.This pape uses CCM as an important carrier.It carries out comparative analysis on the effect of project schedual management before and after its application and finds that one of the very promonient application values of CCM is that it can greatly optimize the project schedule.At the same time,CCM stresses the need to comprehensively analyze all kinds of factors,such as risk factors,human factors,and resource factors,which can significantly enhance the control effect.At the same time,CCM also emphasizes the setting of the buffer,to effectively avoid or resolve all kinds of risks and ensure that the project is operated under a low-risk state.This study collects a lot of documentation and finds a vacancy of CCM's application in automobile's research and development,which also directly reflects the necessity and importance of this study.Applying CCM in the automobile project's schedule management is a major innovation of this study.Around this innovation,the focus of this study involves project management,buffer,and CCM.Meanwhile,this study also uses a relatively advanced research tool,Project 2007,which has played an important role in achieving CCM.At the same time,in the process of establishing the buffer,the study introduces the risk elastic coefficient method,and emphasizes comprehensive consideration of the time flexibility,human elements and other aspects,to lay a solid foundation for follow-up buffer management.
