With the rapid growth of the national economy in recent years, more and more people swarm into the city, leading to the heavy burden for the urban traffic route. Under the circumstances, the urban mass transit grows rapidly, and the city subway is spread all over cities during year. Urban mass transit brings the people much convenient. On the other hand, accidents take place frequently among the construction for the current subway engineering due to complex subway engineering project technique, long project duration, numerous and unforeseeable risk factors, along with risk management which is not systematic and scientific enough and have not enough subjective investment, bringing great loss to the national economy.With Ningbo Line1Platform Screen Doors Project as background, the article first systematically sorts out theoretical knowledge of risk and engineering project risk management. Through the understanding of the survey for Ningbo Line1Platform Screen Doors Project, it analyzes risk management characteristics such as demanding metro project technique, long construction duration and complex ambient environment factors.
