As an emerging discipline in my country,risk management has attracted wide attention in many project fields.However,my country is still in its infancy in the field of airport platform project construction.Compared with developed countries,my country's current level of risk management in the field of airport project research is still relatively backward.Secondly,with the continuous increase in the number of flights and passengers at Harbin Airport,flight delays have become increasingly severe,bringing a series of tests to the airport's operation and management.How to channel stranded passengers,improve passenger satisfaction,strengthen collaboration to improve flight guarantee efficiency,and obtain supporting data to deal with special events,these issues are urgently needed to be resolved.B Based on this,this article takes the Harbin Airport A-CDM platform project as an example to study the risk management of the project.First of all,based on the research on risk management by domestic and foreign scholars,the research purpose and significance of this article are derived.According to the actual situation of the Harbin Airport A-CDM platform project,it is analyzed that the project at the emergence stage mainly has many problems such as incomplete risk management mechanism,unprofessional risk management personnel,and inadequate risk management technology.Secondly,the use of scenario analysis method to analyze and study the risks of the project,and finally identified that the Harbin Airport A-CDM platform project mainly has five types of risks:organizational risk,technical risk,personnel risk,environmental risk and operational risk,and carried out detailed Qualitative analysis.According to the risk identification results,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to establish a risk evaluation index system,and the results of various risk factors are obtained through calculation.Organizational risk,personnel risk,environmental risk,and operational risk are all at a good level,and technical risk is at a normal level.Finally,Finally,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to provide guarantee for the smooth development of the Harbin Airport A-CDM platform project.Based on this,this article takes the Harbin Airport A-CDM platform project as the research object.Analyze and study its risk management model in the implementation process,and point out its risk management response strategy,and contribute to the promotion of the construction of the Harbin Airport A-CDM platform project.
