Research On Risk Management Of Digital Port Information Platform Project Of Public Security Organs In A City

With the rapid development of port economy,in order to adapt to the increasing business volume of the port and the science-technology of border policing,the demand of information management is increasing.In recent years,the "Yellow River Delta Eco-Economic Zone Development Plan" and "Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone Development Plan" have become an important engine to promote the prosperity and development of Dongying port economy.At the same time,in order to better promote the construction of "intelligent policing" of public security organs in Chinaundefineds "blue and yellow" strategy,it has become a new trend of police reform and development,and has brought a new development opportunity to the construction of the control system of border police stations.This paper takes the A city public security organ digital port information platform project as a case to study the related contents of the platform project risk management,including:(1)Through understanding the digital port information platform project case related background and project risk management status;The existing problems of risk management in this project are analyzed.(2)Risk identification and evaluation of the project content of digital port information platform are carried out.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the project risk management evaluation model is constructed.The AHP method is used to calculate the weight of each criterion layer and index layer index for the project risk index.According to the results of project risk identification and evaluation,the risk avoidance measures and risk management strategies of digital port information platform are put forward.Through the establishment of a set of standardized and complete risk assessment system,through strict risk management and effective risk control,the project is carried out in accordance with the plan and successfully completed.It can provide reference for future port police information project risk management and promote the further development and perfection of project risk management.
