Solar photovoltaic(PV)power generation has an important position in China's energy strategy,and PV power generation project investment has become a hot investment in energy projects in recent years.But the PV power generation project also faces many risk factors.Therefore,the establishment of evaluation system for photovoltaic construction project risking control and prevention program of photovoltaic power generation project is important.Based on the project risk management theory,this thesis has researched on the project risk management of50 MWp photovoltaic power-generation of China Huadian corporation in Xilinhot city of Inner Mongolia Province.The major tasks includes:1.The project risk management theory is briefly introduced.Secondly,the project of 50 MWp photovoltaic power-generation of China Huadian corporation in Xilinhot city of Inner Mongolia Province is briefly introduced from the aspects of project background,location and regional overview,engineering geology,solar energy resources,electrical part and master plan.2.The risk of the photovoltaic power generation project is identified by the brainstorming method.There are 19 kinds of risks including natural risk,external environmental risk,market risk,management risk,economic risk and technical risk.3.According to the actual situation of the project,combined the guidance of four principles of the scientific,logical,independent,quantitative and qualitative,the evaluation index of the project are selected.Based on the AHP and gray clustering,the project risk evaluation model is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index by AHP,and then the gray clustering method is used to realize the final evaluation of the project risk.The evaluation results are that the project was at a low risk level and the project risk were ranked as follows: Technical risk =Economic risk > Market risk > Management risk > Natural risk > External Environmental risk.4.In order to reduce the project risk and improve safety and security,on the basis of the above,factors of the project of 50 MWp photovoltaic power-generation of China Huadian corporation in Xilinhot city of Inner Mongolia Province,are controlled and guarded mainly from nature,environment,market,management,economy,technology etc six aspects are carried out.The thesis has studied on the project risk management of 50 MWp photovoltaicpower-generation of China Huadian corporation in Xilinhot city of Inner Mongolia Province,the data shows that the project risk level,can clearly reflect the risk severity,risk response to avoid blindness.
