Research On Construction Risk Management Of Xyy Bridge Engineering Project

Due to the rapid development of our economy,speed up the pace of infrastructure construction of risk management are also put forward higher requirements,the research of project risk management also gradually cause the attention of people.Found through practice variability,the characteristics of the uniqueness of the project,make project of high uncertainty,risk occurs more easily.Bridge project at the same time due to the complexity of the structure design,large scale,long construction period,construction risks are more likely to occur in the process,once appear,and the risk will lead to an estimated losses,therefore strengthening the construction of bridge project risk management,not only can ensure the smooth operation of the project construction,and certain economic benefits at the same time,has the very vital significance.This article is based on the present situation of the above study.This article first by studying a large number of related literature at home and abroad,analyses the basic theory of risk management and the development present situation,and then on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars on the research of the risk management,explains the new connotation of the risk.And then based on the domestic and foreign research present situation,from theoretical analysis,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis method,system research of the risk classification,risk identification,risk assessment,risk management,and other content,combined with our country has built again XYY bridge project,using the Delphi survey,carried out the risk factors identification and evaluation,puts forward the corresponding risk coping strategies,and presents a novel method for monitoring risk,according to the China's national conditions,the development of engineering project risk management in China were discussed.Research of this paper is to learn from the foreign research results,good at the same time,combined with China's national conditions,by studying the XYY bridge project risk management,and identify the common important influencing factors,and put forward corresponding risk coping strategies to solve the problem of risk,through to the risk control and management,from the theory and method for bridge gives reference to the risk management of project construction,as well as the development of bridge engineering risk management in China has made certain contribution.
