Risk Management Research On Hongguang 1958 Modern Business Hotel Engineering Project

Hotel project construction is a long time span, high investment, labor intensive, high technical requirements, complex internal structure and external relationships process. In which, the existence of a large number of uncertain factors and dynamic changes will no doubt affect the smooth implementation of the project. Whatever success or failure of the project, the latter are not acceptable for any investors and managers. Risk management became more and more important for hotel project management and it also became an integral part of project management.In our country, although there were a lot of researches about the risk management on common engineering project, researches on the commercial real estate in the hotel industry were not enough. The personalized framework, process, assessment index and relative method about the above mentioned project may need some further discussions. Thus, we use Hongguang 1958 modern business hotel project as a case, revealed how to apply the risk management related theories to this project, make a beneficial exploration and attempt on how to improve the level of risk management for real estate project will be very necessary and meaningful, the research conclusion can provide some beneficial references for the similar hotel engineering project.On the basis of the present situation, industry experts’ experiences and engineering project risk management theories, we firstly analyzes the risk factors of the Hongguang 1958 modern business hotel project, and then the project risk evaluation index system and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was set up. Through case study, the project risk prevention and improvement measures are put forward. The practice has proved that analyses in this paper reduced the risk of this hotel project effectively, the implementation of the hotel project had been guaranteed strongly. It is meaningful for applied research on hotel engineering project risk management in our country, and the case can be also as a beneficial reference for the similar projects.
