In 2019,as the 13 th five year plan of s group is coming to an end,the Group strives to realize the digital enabling industry through information construction,promote the "integration of industrialization and industrialization",so as to meet the needs of basic information services and various business applications of companies at all levels of the group,enhance core competitiveness,promote high-quality development,and support the strategic transformation goal of "small headquarters and large industry" of s group.Under this background,S Group took advantage of the opportunity to carry out the cloud platform construction project,as the "No.1 project" of S Group's informatization construction,hoping to open the road of S Group's overall informatization transformation.The project is characterized by large investment scale,many construction units involved,complex system architecture,multiple specialties and cross-fields,vague demands,high schedule requirements,different understandings of involved personnel,complex technology and difficulty,and cross-institutional implementation team.In order to successfully implement the project and lay a good foundation for orderly follow-up promotion and application,project risk management is imperative.Based on the research status of risk management at home and abroad and the theoretical research and process of risk management,this paper combines this project to carry out risk management research on the cloud platform construction project of S Group.Firstly,the paper analyzes the necessity of risk management in the construction of Cloud platform of S Group,including improving the understanding of project stakeholders on risk management,improving the level of project risk management,promoting the implementation of the project,and providing project experience and risk management guidance for subsequent informatization construction projects.On this basis,risk management research is carried out for the cloud platform construction project of S Group.Through the risk checklist method and Delphi method to identify the risk,the consensus identified 6 category I risks and a number of category II risks,related to the overall project,cost,schedule risk,quality,human resources,technology,information security.Based on the results of risk identification,the risk matrix analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to complete the risk assessment analysis and the calculation of risk quantity,and then the risk ranking and risk impact matrix are obtained.After the completion of a kind of risk assessment,combined with the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive assessment method,the overall risk assessment for the project is carried out,which provides a good basis for the next step to provide risk response strategies and resource allocation.Through the above analysis of the risks of the cloud platform construction project of S Group,effective countermeasures are further formulated,the project management process is improved,and corresponding methods are proposed for the project risk control to solve the problems in the implementation process.The cloud platform construction project of S Group was successfully promoted and implemented as planned,which ensured the smooth landing and promotion and application of the project.At the same time,in the follow-up informatization construction project of S Group,IT provides valuable experience with rationalization,standardization and practical operation,and also provides some reference ideas for state-owned large groups and non-IT professional companies to promote the risk management of such projects and build the risk management system.
