With quick development of Chinese vehicle,Chinese vehicle yearly output will over 25 mio in 2015.More projects challenges(quality,technical,cost)are coming to components suppliers.With the vehicle company global cooperation increase,customers' projects request quick and variable response.More and more enterprises take platform,and standard solution to improve the products productivities.But the project management and risk management concept in project is still limited.The project can't take over the timing,cost and quality management,because they have limited experience and risk management ideas.The potential projects risks cannot be identified on time,the risk evaluation is not sufficient,limited method to control and eliminate the risks,all the above facts lead to fail in project target later.It is very important to build up reasonable risk identification,evaluation,and control system.This article main introduces the risk management concept of company L.The procedure is based on PDCA which focus on the project process risk management.Besides the risk management concept,to identify project risk with “checking list”,evaluate the risk with risk impact and economic sensitivity analysis is also risk management tool.They both help to identify the risk in advance and evaluate the risk influence reasonable.Therefore counter measure is made and risk under well control during project which improve the project success rate.An international relocation HD project is introduced as one example,risk management method check list and economic sensitivity analysis are both successful tools based on company L risk management procedure.Over the project life time,risk management is planned.The project team follow the process risk identify,risk analysis and action made.Project risk is controlled and project reaches the final scope due well risk management organization.At the end,lesson learn is summarized to rich the check list library as risk management close activity.
