In clinical medical practice teaching, it’s difficult for medical workers and students to contact with a variety of real cases, so how to provide plentiful,different symptoms of simulated case is very important for medical teaching and research. This paper employs the technologies of.net, virtual instruments and grid database to construct a multi-parameter medical stimulant patient virtual system, achieve the information acquisition and data sharing of the cases and dynamic display of client-side among the hospitals,schools, classrooms and laboratories.First of all,in order to solve the problems of virtual experimental system such as wide varieties of acquisition targets,complex situation and lower signal strength, a multi-parameter vital signs data acquisition scheme based on the virtual instrument is proposed in this paper. For different vital signs, the scheme uses different sensor, it connects a variety of sensors with human body, takes advantage of signal conditioner to amplify the signal collected by the sensor, and collects various vital signs dada by dada acquisition card. The scheme employs LabVIEW software to filter and process the colleted data, eliminate the noise and interference, thus it can obtain more accurate patient information.Second, since the amount of the cases information of the virtual experiment system is very huge, and the system needs to continuously access the database through the network to complete data updating, a H-LZW lossless compression algorithm is proposed, it improves the original algorithm based on the Huffman coding, and enhances the efficiency of data compression; for the heterogeneous characteristic of each system terminal, the paper use a grid technology based virtual experimental system database design scheme, it accesses a variety of heterogeneous databases in the grid through the middleware in grid database, this can implement a high degree of data sharing and cooperative processing, make the access to the database be more transparent, efficient and reliable.Finally, in order to transform the case data to standard medical graphics,and output them at the client for the users,based on the comparison of two different methods of waveform display, this paper use ActiveX controller to implement the remote display of waveforms. The client uses B/S mode, downloads ActiveX controller through the browser, and inserts the waveform display sub-VI into application to complete the task of dynamic waveform display.
