In Traditional newspaper market, the newspaper facing homogeneity, the declinein advertising revenue, reader aging and many other issues, it has beenreportedbad-mouthing newspaper argument, but since the inception of the Metro, theworldhas quicklydevelopment, and a growing trend.Metro newspaper distributed free of charge in a lot of time on a specific channel,its specificity determines its audience, it is precisely because of these special audience,the survival and development of the Metro have thriving trend.Shenyang Metrosubway first time at the object of study, to examine thepositioning of the Metroaudience, and to take the audience strategy, ShenyangMetro audience described by therandom survey questionnaire, in order to have avery precise understanding and graspof the audience of the Metro. After thesubway the first time,"the operational strategyand dissemination of results, in order to clearly understand the issues currently facedby the newspaper.In this paper, five parts to explore. The first chapter describes the birth oftheMetro and Metro development around the world, the focus is the founderandcurrent situation of the Shenyang Metro first time. The second chapter mainlytalking about the Shenyang Metro audience and expected their ownunderstanding ofthe audience, making the audience targeting. Also has its ownaudience questionnairesurvey results. The third chapter is newspaper contentfeatures. The fourth chapter isthe study of newspaper circulation anddissemination of results, and interviews withreaders. The problems faced by theMetro times last chapter based on previous studies.
