This paper establishes a physical archives’intelligent management platform based on Internet of Things which realized preliminary digital physical archives’ management, in combination with radio frequency identification, wireless communications, embedded systems and information management systems and so on. In this paper include:Firstly explains the purpose and significance of the physical archives of Things intelligent management platform research, introduces research status in this field at home and abroad, research methodology, key technologies and main contents.Secondly proposes a basic architecture model of the intelligent management platform based on Internet of Things refering to Things technology architecture model, and briefly describes functional requirements and software(hardware) design and realization of archives’information management system, tag management system and safety monitoring system.Thirdly realizes the overall design of archives’ information management system of the physical archives’ intelligent management platform based on J2EE multi-tier model using SSH(Struts2.1+Spring2.5+Hibernate3.0) architecture technology and rose2003(UML-based modeling tool), and designs archives’ management, safety monitoring, warehouse configuration and system management fuctional modules of archives’ information management.Fourthly realizes hardware structure design of safety monitoring system of the physical archives’ intelligent management platform based on wireless clinical thermometer intelligent assisting systems transformation combinating archives reservoir area environmental parameters monitoring requirements, and designs hardware parts of microprocessor module, ZigBee wireless communication module, human-computer interaction module,parameters acquisition module and power module and program flow charts.Fifthly makes system test and analysis of archives’ information management system of the physical archives’ intelligent management platform, and verifies the effectiveness of "module-configuraton" file segmentation method and Proxool database connection pool technology in solving the SSH architecture technology limitations.This paper innovation lies in:First, a basic architecture of the intelligent management platform based on the physical archives of Things; second, effective solutions of Module-Configuration file the split method and Proxool database connection pool technology to solve the SSH architecture technology limitations.
