Ltd. safety production. Also, the data transport technique, the data storage technique and the data process are complexly analyzed and researched.This thesis mainly fruits as bellow after synthetically analyzing and researching on the techniques of data transport, data storage and data process.(1) The design of the SMMS protocol. Because a protocol is the precondition and guarantee of the valid communication system, the SMMS protocol provides services for the valid communication between the SMMS server and client, and between the SMMS server and data source, which guarantees the correct and valid data transport.(2) The design of the SMMS server. The SMMS server is the core of the SMMS. It takes charge of the data communication with the data source, as well as the management, the communication controlling, the data process and the performance maintenance of all clients. Besides these functions, it also does jobs to deploy other systems, supervise the data source, multicast the huge amount of the gas real-time data, process the alerter message and maintain the client management and the system, and provide the decision-making aid system with the guarantee of the reliable information.(3) The design of the SMMS Client. The client's is based on the real-time querying and browsing of the B/S model. Its job is to validate the user account, acquire the port assigned by the server, display all kinds of data and curves such as the real-time data, the connection status of the network, the alerter message, the historic data, and display the historic curves etc.(4) The generation and output of the SMMS data reports. It supports different query methods with the filtered results classified and processed, and generates, displays and prints the data reports qualified for the enterprise requirement.
