With the rapid development of the economy,large-scale construction has increased,resulting in the frequent occurrence of large-scale fires and difficult fire rescues,the severe environment has caused firefighters to be injured or killed repeatedly,in order to improve the safety factor of firefighters in the rescue process,the design of a firefighter safety monitoring system suitable for indoor fires is indispensable,and due to the rapid development of microelectronics,weak signal detection,wireless communication and remote monitoring technologies.The research of wearable safety monitoring system has become a focus of attention at home and abroad in recent years,this article firefighter wearable safety monitoring system to achieve the risk assessment of firefighters by collecting human physical sign data,get the firefighters' life risk index,provide accurate information for the command personnel on the scene to make rapid decision,command rescue and rescue,to protect the lives of firefighters Security has very important practical significance.This article studies the wearable monitoring system of firefighters based on the traditional theory of health testing and wearable technology.Firstly,this paper designs the overall architecture based on wireless network based on the system requirements and functions,based on the traditional health monitoring system,the system functions are perfected,and a safety judgment algorithm is proposed to realize the risk assessment for firefighters,for this purpose,a modular design concept was adopted to propose and design a complete firefighter safety monitoring system,the system was divided into three subsystems according to the system functions,namely the wearable detection system,the wireless network and the upper-level monitoring system,wearable detection system uses STM32 to detect various signals such as pulse,temperature,and motion poses,it also proposes the application of fuzzy reasoning and expert experience in the analysis of multi-signature data and the prediction of firefighters' risks,the wireless network function integrates ZigBee,the CC2530 protocol implements dynamic networking,the monitoring system utilizes the LabVIEW programming environment to implement physical sign data display,alarm,storage and playback functions.Finally,through relevant tests and simulation tests,and comparing the prediction effect of the safety judgment algorithm presented in this paper with the foreign research results,this paper proves that the firefighter wearable safety monitoring system can realize the safety monitoring and danger prediction for firefighters.It is equivalent to the prediction effect of foreign countries and has a wider forecast range,the wearable function designed by this system is better,more intelligent,and has good application value and practical significance,improve the efficiency of firefighters on-site fire rescue and achieve more rapid fire extinguishing,with a very broad application prospects and development direction.
