In recent years,with the development of science technology as well as the research tasks,the number of laboratories in universities,enterprise and research institutes is increasing.At the same time,the laboratory safety accidents happen frequently,which seriously threaten the lives of scientific reaserchers,and brings serious damage to the property of scientific research places.Most traditional security monitoring systems are based on the cable network,this type monitoring system transfer signals through cable,which may have risks of burn-in and short circuit,and cannot adapt to the strong interference environment due to it's low anti-interference capability.Moreover,the safety control and monitoring system is single,and lacking of centralization and intergration,so the traditional cable safety monitoring system has relative low reliability.In order to solve these shortcomings,this thesis designed a wireless laboratory safety monitoring system which is based on ZigBee and GPRS.This laboratory safety monitoring system integrates the intelligent entrance guard,infrared detection,light control,fire warning,environment detection and GPS anti-theft tracking.This system perfects the low safety,low reliability,imperfect monitoring function and the like problems in traditional laboratory.We design.the structure of the system as a whole in the demand of the system.First,the ZigBee network is constructed from the substraum of the system,moreover,there are core sensor module set up in each terminal node.The Web server built on system's host computer.The server and the underlying terminal can realize long distance communication through GPRS.Secondly,based on the designed hardware there are underlying sensor driver,GPRS communication procedures,the PC and server Socket communication program and website server front-end code writing being fininshed according to the needs of different system modules,which realizes the network data interaction between the ZigBee underlying network and the cloud platform.Finally,we comprehensively debug the whole system and combine with different original sensor to implement the synthetic monitoring to the laboratory.The test shows that using ZigBee wireless sensor network to build up a new type of laboratory safety monitoring system,cooperating with cloud Web server platform can realize the effective laboratory real-time monitoring.It can discover and procese several kinds of unexpected accidents in the laboratories,which can decrease the management difficulties of the workers at the lab and ensure the safety of the laboratory.
