This new system structure consists of three parts:1. The client:using Flex the rich client technology, are able to provide more convenient, more suitable for communication interface at the same time, let the customer feel familiar, easy to use.2. data management:by the Web server layer, application server and database server layer of three parts. Application server through Web Service technology, Shared memory, and these three kinds of streaming Socket technology, promoted system real-time performance, good real-time data enables clients to have direct access to the site, without database interim steps and multiple disk read and write.3. Data acquisition layer, data will be collected in a timely manner using GPRS technology to send data management. Finally, in order to prove the design results of the system can be suitable for the user, this paper introduced the software test to this system, the result is qualified.
