Therefore the developers not only to do a good development work, the more important thing is to study the real estate market, to know consumer demand, develop and sale the production in accordance with the will of the consumers. Therefore, the study of the real estate market marketing becomes an important part of real estate development in business activities naturally. In recently, the company leadership of Beijing Zhaotai land through various studies and combined with the modern management method, to design and develop a real estate marketing management system supported by computer technology, Can complete the real estate marketing management quickly and effectively.This design is based on the system design process, start from the background of the development of the writing system, and describes the fundamental purpose of the design of this system, and the research status of the system is described to understand the basic situation of the system. Detailed collation and analysis of the needs of the user, a reasonable division of the overall function of the system through software engineering techniques, and then use case descriptions are given for each module, to deepen the description of the system functionality. Then the design of the system, first given the technical architecture of the system design, describes the system implementation technology, the system is the main use of the Java language to build J2EE three-tier, and then the various functional modules detailed functional description, design a detailed functional class diagrams, clear function implementation process, and design the system timing diagram, and then the system database design. Finally, the overall system implementation and testing process analysis and description, the system renderings were displayed, and system implementation code. The overall test system described, the announcement of the test results, and to modify the system test process problems.In the aspect of function for real estate marketing management system for Beijing Zhaotai land in this paper is mainly divided into five big modules:The basic data management:introduce of related information maintenance of the system, to meet the specific needs of the administrator. Real estate data management:systematic management of each property data; Marketing Management:the mainly work is to make administrator convenient to maintain the marketing activities; Marketing tool management:to realize of various marketing tool management; statistics report:realize all kinds of report management.System deployment and running basicly meet the needs of real estate marketing management, to realize the efficient processing of real estate marketing work, The large amounts of data become simple to processing, reduce the burden of the staff, improve work efficiency, and provide important reference data for real estate marketing management.
