Design And Realization Of Real Estate Information Management System

This dissertation systematic presents the whole process of design andimplementation of real estate management information system. This systemuses JSP as the foreground application development language, uses SQLServer2000as the establishment and maintenance tool of backgrounddatabase, and selects Tomcat as a server for interface design and code compile.This system realizes the module functions of information query, informationupdating, information input, and system maintenance for ultimate real estate.This system can completely meet the practical need of real estate managementinformation system functions in current phase of China. Considering thedevelopment situation of management information system at home andabroad, the dissertation introduces the background and significance ofmanagement informatization in China’s property management department. Atthe same time, there are lots of problems of the existing informationmanagement in real estate management department of China, such as theobjective demand on the system of real estate management department.Therefore, the statistical function of real estate management departmentshould be strengthened, the informatization of real estate management shouldbe realized, and advanced technologies and tools should be developed, suchas MVC design pattern, JDBC technology, Tomcat server, Eclipsedevelopment platform, and SQL Server2000database.This dissertation discusses management information systems analysis anddatabase design, system feasibility analysis, system requirements analysis,development objectives, functional requirements, performance requirements,data requirements, process analysis, business process analysis, data dictionaryand functional analysis, database design, database integrality technology design, and database logical structural design. At the same time, thedissertation discusses system design and implementation, system moduledesign, system module relationship design, input and output design, inputdesign, output design, system safety setting, system implementation, loginwindow, management window, query window, entry window, modify window,and system setting window. The design and implementation of real estatemanagement information system are completed. Finally, the system is tested,and the system is evaluated.It is an important sector of government functions that the real estatemanagement department of China. Under the influence of the informatizationtrend, it must realize informatization of service management for servingeconomic construction better. With the increase of management level of realestate management department, the new requirements are proposed forhardware and software facilities of management. Therefore, it is of greatsignificance to study real estate management information system under newsituations.According to the own characteristics of management information system(MIS) and general principles, the dissertation has carried on a large amount ofresearch to management information system (MIS) with using techniques ofcomponent and database from the perspective of object-oriented and softwareengineering. Based on a large amount of empirical research, it is developedthat real estate management information system accord with moderninformation management.
