With the rapid development of economy and the popularization and application of computer technology,information management has become the mainstream of data management and business management in various industries.As a special commodity,real estate participates in the whole process of sales and becomes an important part of economic development.At the present stage,there are many management systems in the management process of real estate marketing to provide assistance for real estate sales.However,the current real estate management is not clear customer stratification,management business chaos,real estate resources waste and other problems.It is on this basis,this paper from the actual real estate marketing needs,design and implement the real estateomni-channel marketing management system,has a certain theoretical and practical significance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1).Study real estate marketing business and establish management system prototype.Study the business process related to real estate,establish the process of housing data collection,real estate sales management process,real estate subscription management process,and on this basis,establish the user demand use case diagram and function module diagram.On the other hand,in-depth analysis of the business data characteristics,the completion of the database entities and field attributes of the design work.(2).Research JavaEE framework technology,complete the system function research and development.In-depth understanding of JavaEE related technologies,including Struts2 framework,MyBatis framework and Spring framework,and building system development environment in Eclipse.System function development includes process management module,real estate management module,sales management module,financial management module,statistical analysis module.(3).Research real estate marketing theory,improve and use algorithm analysis.Study the cost-plus method,establish the real estate pricing system,and apply it to the calculation of base price and housing price.The distance-based clustering algorithm was studied,and the selling heat clustering points were established in a grid manner,so as to complete the heat trend chart.The real estateomni-channel marketing management system studied and developed in this paper starts from the actual sales business,meets the operation needs of real estate enterprises in the process of real estate sales management,improves the management efficiency of real estate enterprises,and provides convenience for customers.Applying the stability and decoupling of JavaEE architecture to system development and applying machine learning algorithm to decision support is an innovative technology application.
