Interpersonal interaction and exchange become increasingly rich and diverse from speech communication. And the communication also has the characteristics of the class and age with the deepening of the social division of labor. With the popularity of newspapers, radio and television, mass communication become play power. The affect by time and space of information communication is getting smaller and smaller. The information spread is increasingly broad and efficiency is greatly enhanced.Scholars and experts in the field of communication research carried out some research and thought, from the beginning of the early Empirical School, to the growth of the Critical School, and then to the advance of the communication view by Marx and Engels and communication theory by Habermas, Communication Studies deepening and expanding, has becoming even more closed with other disciplines, and the communication ideas which running through them also quietly changing. With the advent of the Internet age, especially the rise of microblog, the traditional communication ideas and modes have encountered a great challenge, and some new communication phenomena also herald the arrival of new communication ideas. With the current communication phenomena, we need to use literature review, content analysis, case studies, virtual ethnographic research and other methods to identify new communication ideas to fill the blank.The first chapter is "The Relationships between Sender and Receiver in the Perspective of Philosophical Epistemology", and it is divided into "Transmitters, Recipients and Works"," Communication Subject and Object "and" Specific Subject and Specific Subject in Communication ". This chapter discourses the research about communication ideas before the Internet age. The first section describes the early research results of the Empirical School, and the communication ideas is too simple at this time. The second section talks about the later outcomes of Experience School, they recognize the dominant position of the transmitters, but theory construction about audience objectification makes the communication ideas still has some one-sidedness. The third section mainly talked about the theory building of Critical School, especially Marx communication views and Habermas Communication Theory. This recognition of the dominant position of the audience regards the communication as a specific interpersonal exchange.The second chapter is "Communication Ideas and Media Forms before the Internet Age" and it is divided into three sections. This chapter talks about the staple media forms and the communication ideas reflected before the Internet age with the analysis of philosophical epistemology.The third chapter is "Communication Phenomena in the Age of Internet Popularity", and it is divided into four sections. The first section "Microblog: Synthesizer in the Internet Age" gives a brief introduction about the situation and the characteristics of microblog, pointing out microblog collects all advantages in the current Internet age. The second section "The Information Communication Mode of Microblog" builds a new mode of information communication by microblog according to the phenomena of microblog and communication theory. The third section "What is Microblog Communicates" analyzes the leaderboards of microblog, reveals public concerns and points of interest, and makes some in-depth analysis of the content of microblog. The fourth section "The Essence of Social Interaction in Microblog" analyzes the nature of the interactive exchanges between microblog users and paves the way to explore the communication law and the new communication ideas.The fourth chapter is "Drastic Changes of Communication Ideas in the Internet Age" and it is divided into "New Changes of Information Transmission""Scattered Beads of Information Transmission" and "New Changes of Communication Ideas in the Internet Age". The first section describes the evolution of the modes of information transmission since the era of speech communication and analyzes the changes of communication relationships from the perspective of the philosophical epistemology. The second section highlights to talk about the fragmentation of information transmission in the Internet age and proposed the concept of Scattered Beads of information transmission combined with the characteristics of the new era. The third section proposes and analyzes the new communication ideas in the Internet age with the preceding discussion.
