Research On Production And Distribution Process In B Bookshop

With the continuous development of service industry, increasing competition between companies, demanding services for customers is becoming higher and higher. Letting the customer get the satisfied products and service in a short time is not only the target of the company but also the company’s core competitiveness. This paper embarks from the practical to B bookshop as research object. Through investigation research, it founds that the process of B bookshop production and distribution lacks theoretical basis, the concrete operation lacks guidance, and there are lots of useless operation overall process. According to the above problems, this paper proposes a production distribution synergy theory model, and improves problems with the application of the theoretical model and relevant method.B bookshop process is long and the employees work division is not clear, this article applies the project of analysis method, process flow chart and gang process chart, the current process and division of labor is improved and optimized. Through the improvement of work processes, this unit work process is simplified and rearrangement, the working process cycle becomes short; concreting the operating segment, rearranging the employee’s work division of labor improves the work efficiency. After improving the overall process, the problems are mainly concentrated in the production and distribution process and packing, for the unit of production and distribution process lack of theoretical basis, this paper sets up a coordinated production distribution model of the packing process. In this MTO mode, the service quality and operation cost effective are trades-off. This method is based on many loading rules, it designs a dynamic programming for problem solving, and it analyzes and compares based on the randomly numerical examples, proving the validity of the proposed method for problem solving.Through the coordinated production distribution model, using the shortage of guidance in the specific operation of the units is improved to optimize. Through actual operation generates the corresponding instruction chart at a time, for checking and repacking, packing and distribution operation provides specific guidance. Compared with the original operation situation, it obviously improves the working efficiency, the whole process is better planned according to the instructions can chart after operation.
