Production Process Improvement Based On Six Sigma Analysis In K Company

The six sigma management is one of the best management tool in the 21 st century.A lot of enterprises after successful import six sigma management got great achievement.From MOTOROLA started to Jack Welch era of general electric,but also has many successful examples in China.Six sigma management in comprehensive process improvement that is commonly used in other means,finally formed a set of enterprises tailored.This thesis by six sigma management framework is applied to the production process improved the basis of related research,based on case study,by putting forward,analyzing,the train of thought to solve the problem,in view of the situation of K company's production process,is proposed based on the six sigma management(DMAIC)production process improvement ideas.Paper first introduces the related theory of six sigma management and process improvement and the feasibility and effect of combining both.And then through the concrete case-K company of the quality problem of customer complaints,defines the K company is currently in the existing problems in the production process,to analyze the causes of the problem,and then through the improvement of six sigma management framework,the application of six sigma management tools,such as SIPOC analysis,analysis of FEMA,find the root cause of the need to improve,take the corresponding measures,ultimately achieve project goals.The case very good interpretation of the application of six sigma in the process of the production process to improve.In this thesis,based on the enterprise's own actual,in the framework of DMAIC process improvement,and achieve the final ensure enterprise target eventually.Thesis research results which can expand the trade,play an exemplary role.
