Research On The Improvement Of Process Management System For BN Company

Development is not only the theme that a country abides by,but also the basis for the survival of an enterprise.Currently affected by the fluctuation of global economic development,the growth rate of national economy is declining,and the development of domestic enterprises is facing many challenges.To reverse the situation and pull through difficulties,in addition to the economic planning layout at the national level,enterprises themselves also need to make changes in strategy and management,so as to seek a new way out.The implementation of enterprise process improvement is an important measure for many enterprises to carry out management reform,reduce cost and increase efficiency.However,in this process,when BN Company introduces the process management system,it doesn't bring efficiency to the enterprise but increases the management burden.To diagnose and analyze many causes of BN Company's frustration in the construction of process management system,to research and find effective solutions,meanwhile to provide experience for similar enterprises is the main purpose of this thesis.This thesis takes BN Company as the research and practice object,focusing on the construction of an effective process management system,concentrating on the theory of process management system,the methods and steps of system construction,the experience research of domestic and foreign excellent case enterprises,and basing above to comb the problems existing in BN Company's process management system.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems and the above research,to find out the improvement direction of BN Company's process management system,and improve and redesign the process management mechanism and process management procedures which involved in BN Company's process management system.The whole research process adopts the guiding ideology of the combination of theory and practice,and applies the general methods of the thesis research and the methods of enterprise project management consultation,including literature research,questionnaire,interview,statistical analysis,group discussion and meeting evaluation.Through the research work of this topic,this thesis focuses on process design effectiveness,process execution effectiveness and process promotion effectiveness,to comb out the problems which existing in BN Company's process management system and involving in process management organization and process management procedure and process management mechanism.Basing on the analysis of problems and improvement orientation,it outputs the improvement results of BN Company's process management system,such as process management organization and division of rights and responsibilities,process framework and list,process manual,seven mechanisms of process management,process operation effect evaluation ideas.By summarizing the research work of this topic,the author considers that if an enterprise wants to build an effective process management system,on the one hand,it should integrate the actual situation of the enterprise,take the development strategy of the enterprise as the guide,take the customer demand as the center,and take the business development as the content to import the process management system.On the other hand,it should focus on the ten basic principles of the process management system,pay attention to the importance of the process management system for business operation and management,mobilize the enthusiasm of all employees to participate in it,clarify the process management organization,shape the corporate culture of everyone's process construction,everyone's compliance with the process,everyone's supervision of the process,and everyone's maintenance with the process.Uphold the process development concept of value creation and continuous improvement..
