More and more enterprises are seeking a broader market and operational advantage with globalization. Multinationals knowledge production, diffusion, flow of knowledge as well as the multinational knowledge flows network system function and coordination mechanism is the key to improve the organization’s core competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises. How to obtain knowledge from multinational mass data in internal and external enterprises efficiently and achieve worldwide asynchronous knowledge sharing is a core issue. Cloud computing as an emerging model of shared network resources, data integration and on-demand supply sharing mechanism as well as a more economical service mechanism, can provide a solution for the problem of knowledge sharing in multinational ways. For the global operation of the R&D organization, it can provide a foundation of good knowledge sharing service support platform. So knowledge sharing service support system based on cloud computing is a field of study with theoretical and practical values. This Paper studies cloud computing, cloud platform and knowledge management theories through literature review, then it analysis a actual case of enterprises transnational R&D project to identify global collaborative research and development workflow and collaborative knowledge flow. In order to deal with problem in R&D collaborative project, it proposes a multinational enterprise R&D cloud library framework and a distributed knowledge sharing model which is on the basis of collaborative R&D knowledge flow. Finally, with cloud framework model it designs the structure and function its key parts of the knowledge sharing service support system in the scientific method.
