The Research On The Integration Of Business Flow And Knowledge Flow

With the coming of knowledge economy, enterprise’s management way is alsochanging. The modern management way, which not only can control managementactivity of the enterprise but also can operate the knowledge generating in the process ofmanagement, especially knowledge-intensive enterprise such as library, SoftwareCompany demands more in this respect.Business flow, a series of interconnected business chain, can automatically carryout business activity or task; knowledge management of enterprises is to classify,summarize and analyze the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, finally to realizesthe knowledge sharing. The implementation process of business flow is actually theprocess that the enterprise employees use their knowledge to find problems, solveproblems, and keep creating new knowledge. Therefore, it is not only a businessactivities connected chain in logical order, but also it is a comprehensive process byputting knowledge creation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage and knowledgeclassification, knowledge exchange coupling together. To provide such a managementprocess and improve enterprise’s information management system, knowledgemanagement is bound to flow into the management of enterprise business flow,therefore, the integration of knowledge flow and business flow will be a hot topic ofcurrent research problems.At present, most research has focused on related concepts, modeling research ofthe knowledge flow and business flow. In this paper, based on the theoretical analysisand summarization, the integration model of the knowledge flow and business flow isimproved, the model is built by using activity network diagram in the presentation layerand by using Petri network in the analysis, calculation. As a result, an integrationmodeling tool of knowledge and business flow. as an auxiliary tool, is developed whichhas theory significance and the practical significance for providing support for theenterprise information systems.It has more mature software modeling tools, such asPowerDesigner,Rose in the aspect of business flow management system. Whileknowledge flow modeling tools is in the state of research and exploration, at the same time, business flow modeling tool can not meet this requirement in the aspect of theknowledge flow and business flow integration, So that many companies have developedmodeling tool in order to response these demands. Knowledge management flows intothe business flow which will make corresponding modeling tool achieve furtherextension.
