The arrival of the era of knowledge economy makes knowledge become essential part of thecore competitiveness of enterprises. Knowledge is gradually becoming the decisive productionfactors in social and economic operation. Under current and future environmental conditions,enterprise management, especially high-tech enterprise management is knowledge managementin essence. Knowledge exists in the various subsystems and subsystem, which makes enterpriseknowledge system much complicated. Currently there are still some problems, such as knowledgeresources departmental and low degree of sharing knowledge, tacit knowledge can not beeffectively transformed, the institutional obstacles constraint knowledge reuse degree andtraditional forms of organization is not conducive to the implementation of knowledgemanagement. Cloud computing as an emerging model of shared network resources can effectivelyassist in solving these problems. Compared with traditional knowledge management technology,cloud computing is more able to store and process unstructured data. Cloud computing provides agood management platform for knowledge resource management, reduces the complexity ofknowledge managers work, improves the efficiency of knowledge management, achieves agreater degree of knowledge sharing and collaborative knowledge management. The paperanalyses the enterprise collaborative knowledge flow, builds the intelligent pushing knowledgemodel; gives out the logical framework of collaborative knowledge managem from the followingfour aspects: knowledge source, collaborative knowledge management interactive cloud platform,knowledge base and enterprise business processes of enterprise cloud. This paper gives out ahierarchical description of the logical framework of collaborative knowledge management fromthe support layer, business layer, layer, analysis layer, and application layer aspects; proposes oneoverall framework of collaborative knowledge management system based on knowledge flow forthe FHG technology company. Relative to other enterprise collaborative knowledge managementresearch, this paper has two innovations:(1) build a collaborative knowledge management cloudframework based on knowledge flow and describes the framework hierarchically;(2) build theoverall framework of collaborative knowledge management system based knowledge flow for theFHG technology company.
