The Design And Implementation Of Comprehensive Service Information System Of Disabled People Based On Work Flow

Today in the 21 st century, we have entered the era of high-speed development of information, Internet becomes more and more profoundly important in our daily life. When We enjoy convenience that Internet brings to us, we should pay more attention to the development of the disabled people. Comprehensive Service Information System of Disabled People(CSISDP) is an advanced management tool that integrates management science, information science, and systems science and computer technology. The Object to design and develop the system is to use computer inquiry and calculation function, instead of manual processing, and to enhance the link of the party and government connections and care to the disabled people. The CSISDP will be a public service platform for the disabled people. It has great social significance that we develop and design out a set of efficient and stable, safe and reliable integrated service information management system to bring convenience for to the disabled people.By using the mode of web operation, on the one hand, we can provide more friendly interface for the disabled people. On the other hand, it will make the system maintenance more convenient, and may help developers to improve work efficiency,reduce the cost of system development, improve software quality and prolong the lifecycle of a software system. In this paper, based on the practical situation of construction of disabled information system project, we analyze and solve the existing problems in the management of the disabled people, to design and develop the comprehensive service information system of disabled people based on the technology of workflow and J2 EE platform. We realize the function module of user management, data management, audit process, and data query and analysis. Finally the detailed system tests are conducted and it will make the system more friendly and robustness.Through the application of the CSISDP system, we solve the effective management of the comprehensive service information about the disabled people, and realize the sharing information of recruitment of persons and employment information.Also the system can meet the high efficiency of administration of the disabled people and paperless and network requirements, and improve the efficiency and quality ofthe administration management work of the disabled people. It will promote the sound development of the cause of the disabled people, especially of the well-off society,and will play a very far-reaching and important role.
