The OA System Research Based On Knowledge Management And Work Flow Technology

The OA (Office Automation) is an important part in enterprises information system. The development of the Office Automation System is synchronous with the data, information and knowledge' s .The first generation of the office automation system, which main handle with the data, had developed to the next generation of the office automation system, which main handle with information and is developing to the third generation of the office automation system now which main transaction contents is the knowledge. It completed two flight leaps in three evolution stages of the office automation, one is data handles toward information handles: the other one is information handles toward knowledge handles.In order to satisfy requirements of users in offices in the network age and adapt the enterprises management in the age of knowledge economy, an Office Automation system is designed in the thesis based on the application of working stream and know ledge management. This thesis, firstly, elaborated the current scenario in domestic and abroad research of the office automation and overviewed to the basic conception of the office automation and the knowledge management, and then analyzed the inevitability of the integration the two things from theory and implementation. Then a third generation office automation system, based on B/S structure and visited by Internet, is constructed.(1)Working flow is the key technology in the Office Automat ion system. Based on the framework of working stream and it' s m odel, a module for flow execution is designed and definition of working stream, steps setting and definition to direction of f low is proposed. An instance of applying working stream is give n in the thesis and the transfer of documents achieved in the w orking stream, the technology of sheets and documents access co ntrol enhances the security of system. (2)Information integration reflects the share of knowledge, and the information integration can be realized via OA system. The key technology to achieve is introduced in the thesis, and the work flow of information integration based on OA system is proposed. The access of OA system to outer relation model data bases is achieved by Domino integration tools and LS data.(3)The innovation of the thesis is to fuse the knowledge management into the office automation of enterprise. Through the new system, every employee of the enterprise can continuously achieve the chance for study and make progress. At the same time, the enterprise also gets more and more information from outside and the accumulation for the enterprise internal knowledge, and makes the knowledge acquiring regenerate and accretions in constantly communicating and colliding between each other.
