With the development of Web services technology, the advantage of itscross-platform offers technical support on the integration of heterogeneous andautonomous systems and it’s resources. At the same time, emerging cloud computingtechnologies provide people a new, huge market space in information service, makingthe cloud service provider can handle vast amounts of information in a very shorttime, and with a strong performance favorably in the world’s fastest supercomputers.The rapid growth of massive marine environment information, science data andcomputering model, brings higher requirements for mass data storage and processingintensive-computing. The development of Cloud computing has prompted the mutualfusion of workflow and cloud-based Web services technology, making resourcesharing and service integration based on marine Cloud computing environmentbecome practical needs in the field of marine information construction.To provide reliable and convenient cloud computing services of handling vastmarine information, combined with workflow and Software as a service thought, thispaper puts forward the concept of software service flow. The core of software serviceflow system is the software service flow engine, After the correct analyticaldependencies between nodes, the service flow engine is responsible for the controland coordination of the process of the calculation models. In order to process users’requests, Service Flow engine running PRSF (Parse and Reconstruction of the ServiceFlow) algorithm, then deliver the requests to cloud platform to execute, and providesthe application layer a RESTful architecture style management and monitoringinterface.After analysis in the demand of the cloud computing and cloud services platformbased on marine environment, this paper has carried on the overall architecture designof marine cloud platform. communication protocol of software service flow andinteraction mechanism were studied, after that, formulated the communicationprotocol standards; service-flow engine and the key algorithm PRSF was designed and implemented; Combined with the interactive interface between Web side and theservice-flow engine, We also realized the core of the monitoring module-MapReduceexecution progress extractor. Finally, we the construct the prototype system andintegrate many application on it. Users can access the Web page, customize softwareservices, and monitor the cloud platform on real-time. The test of service flow systemand the instance of service flow verified the cloud platform and the realization of it’soverall functions, proved the usability of the software service flow system platform,and in dealing with large-scale data this service flow system has the high advantageand execution efficiency.
