"Serious game" this concept, can be traced back to the earliest in the early1970s, mainly refers to not only for the purpose of the game to use game form to improve the corresponding application skills, education so as to achieve the purpose of the game.In foreign countries, serious game as an important industry now has been widely used in military, education, enterprise, medical practice. And education serious games in the development and use of some developed countries has been a cause for concern, the serious games for the purpose of education is being widely applied in foreign countries at all levels of schools and training institutions, give full play to its educational function. Compared with foreign countries, China’s serious game studies is relatively slow, The application range of education serious game products is relatively narrow, Study on occupation education and higher education is not attentioned to.Based on the game theory and learning theory, the goal of the thesis is designed serious game for the course of program design basis. Based on the education object and content of the game, we choiced "IT workplace " as the game background, the main line of the game is career development and industry figures of the organization process. Game content design based on the goal of teaching.Finally,we set up an available game software platform which support for students autonomous learning and testing in it.The software uses the B/S structure, the background using.Net MVC3and SQL Server database technology, the game interface and data exchange realization rely on Flash CS5.5, AS3.0and.Net framework4. Students can easily use the software in the classroom or after-school through the campus LAN or Internet access, n addition, the system has a perfect background management functions, leaving two secondary development interface. The teacher can manage the game platform, such as the rules of the game, and sports content, modification, maintenance, follow-up dynamic updating.Finally, summarize the software trial feedback, put forward the improvement scheme, so as to optimize the system, improve the ability of autonomous learning ability and quality of students.
