Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Management Information System Of Higher Vocational Colleges

Based on the scientific management application of the Academic Affairs Office in Nanhua College of Industry and Commerceto create a scientific management system for the higher vocational colleges,this paper aims at making the process of daily scientific research follow the scientific management model according to the scientific norm,making the project-based scientific management via the network platform on campus possible so as to improve the service standard of scientific management,making scientific project effectively managed so that the scientific research achievement can be turn out to be the productive forces rapidly.After the intensive research and analysis on the scientific management of NHCIC,the functional structure of the scientific management system can be established.The procedure of the functional structure by the means of dynamic picture display analyzed.The functional structure can be described by the illustration.The functional model can be designed by applying for the package diagram,class diagram and the sequence diagram.The main functional model of the system includes integrated office management,personnel organization management,vertical project management,horizontal project management,fund management,result-based management,intellectual property management,scientific research and achievement awards management,statistic forms management etc.According to the user's different functional responsibilities,the role of the user in this system can be divided into the researcher,the scientific secretary,the scientific management staff,the supervisor of the college,the system administrator and the expert reviewer.The different role of the user with different permissions can be provided different management service.After process testing and result verification of the main functional module of this system and after the massive data operation testing on the database and load online testing of the system,the result shows that this system meets the need of every design technology with a stable and reliable performance.
