The informationization process of vocational education has promoted vigorously.To push the construction of digital campus and the use of information technology has promoted the reform of vocational education informatization.It will promote modernization of vocational education and improve teachers' information literacy.At the same time,the education informationization priorities proposed education technology ability into vocational colleges and universities teachers' qualification certification and audit system.Obviously,education technology ability has become the essential ability of higher vocational teachers,but the current higher vocational colleges education technology training's effect is not very well,such as teachers learning initiative is poor,old rigid training content.The training methods can't meet the demand of most of the higher vocational teachers' learning.The good news is that,with the popularity of mobile terminals and the rapid development of mobile Internet technology,mobile learning based on APP has been more and more popular.Through the study of teachers' education technique ability standard policy and literature analysis of mining.Defining connotation and category of higher vocational teachers education technology ability.With analogy of the existing conventional teacher training methods.Analysis the advantages and disadvantages in the APP advantages and characteristics of mobile learning,and the latest achievements in research at home and abroad of the latest mobile learning research direction.Trying to build relationship model of vocational teacher education technique ability.Secondly,this study based on higher vocational teachers' vocational education ability training needs analysis and higher vocational teacher education technique ability constitute model,guided by the constructivism theory,supported by ARCS motivation model theory,with the aid of technology acceptance model for higher vocational teachers education technology training APP system platform for design,development,implementation,and evaluation research.In the design of the learning resources section creative will beintroduced to the operational interactive video software operating such technology study of higher vocational teachers,increase the man-machine interaction experience,realize the above line learning study with operating software technology.Design has the function module is complete,rich in content,sharing is convenient,can be in mobile anytime and anywhere under the network environment in the study of higher vocational teachers education technology ability training APP system,the system not only has abundant learning resources,but also bring the evaluation module,intelligent recommendation system into the system.It provides an education for higher vocational teachers technical knowledge and ability of mobile learning,online examination,professional practice,and communication and the support of teaching learning anytime and anywhere and sharing platform.The innovative of this research is based on the movement of the APP learning method,and introduced into the higher vocational education technical ability training of teachers,teaching support and sharing in theprocess,try to learn by APP and inspire higher vocational teachers' internalmotive.It can improve their education technical ability and promote the development of higher vocational teachers' professional education informationization.
