Research On The Construction Of The Libraries Of The Higher Vocational Colleges In Anhui Province

Since the reform and opening, the higher vocational education has been developed for30years, that already has a large scale and becomes an important part of higher education. With the developed rapidly of economy, the importance of higher vocational education has appeared gradually. Especially in recent years, the government began to carry out the important strategic for changing the style of economy development, and the demand of skilled professional human resources is growing. At2010years the state council has officially issued "The planning of the demonstration zone for industry transfer in cities of Anhui province around Yangtze River". To realize the industrial transfer demonstration developed rapidly and stably, the human resource becomes one of the important factors. The development planning in the twelfth five years of the human resources in the demonstration zone for industry transfer in cities of Anhui province around Yangtze River" puts forward to training the professional higher skilled people and unifying preparatory planning to develop the rural labor resources. Carrying out these measures is mainly depended on the higher vocational colleges to complete. This is new requests and challenges for it. In recent years the higher vocational colleges have developed rapidly in Anhui province, and now there are more than70,that provide strong support for construction. The libraries of higher vocational colleges as the important information resources center that provide the important information guarantee for training professional people. This subject analysis the situation of the libraries of higher vocation colleges in Anhui, then indicates some problems, such as the leaders do not pay enough attention, do not put it on the right position,have on enough funds, collection structure is not matched with educational goals position and school characteristics, the quality of stuff is not tall enough. In this paper the writer advances some concrete ways. First we should let our leaders to know the importance of construction of the library, the second make the system perfect and ensure that have enough funds, the third make the rules to improve the quality of the stuff and the level of service, what’s more setting up the sharing platform for information resources to create conditions for developing the local economy and supply information service for business, to improve the culture quality of community residents.
