It unified interface management and covered all tax service link, like front office business acceptance, Tax service personnel take out taxpayer information automatically according to the taxpayer identification number, printing business documents online and transferring them to examination and approval online which according different process posts. Online examination and approval adopts the principle of just, fair and open and uses computer technology development related indicators like automatically assigned task according to the monthly tax service staff workload, setting the time limit to complete, doing information monitoring, statistics and analysis. The system is aimed at alleviating taxpayers’tax burden and improving tax efficiency externally, strengthening the specification approval process for each business department and supervising tasks to deal with&approval’s process internally.This topic design feature is making the system versatile, technology advanced, flexible, scalable and humanization. The system will firstly tested by the Korla National Tax Bureau and then further promote it. For these reasons like the difference between different tax bureaus, difference between big and small tax bureaus, different business process and different approval and transfer process it requires highly versatile of the system, system clerk can structure transfer principle respectively according different situation of Tax Bureau and also choose different module and permission for them. All these features make the system’s design technology and service concept advanced around Sinkiang.This system also designed for managing and checking the inner task processing affairs. What’s more, this system has taking the later requirement of the autonomous region tax bureau’s professional management. Now it just solves the control for assessment task orders, transmitting and monitors the process, but has already reserving function modules for future data acquisition, intelligent analysis and so on.
