The data acquisition and monitoring system is designed for the CETC55 research. Resolved on data collection, real-time monitoring, alarm and other issues, greatly improved work efficiency, and to improve the accuracy and real-time test data.In this paper, It expounds the design and development of software and hardware for the system. The hardware uses bus topology, including the acquisition module, hub module, interface module configuration, monitoring computer. The software of the systems used VB.NET to develop, including interface and data transfer program, inspection program, data logger program, device status determination program.The System has the following functions, ①Real-Time Data Acquisition, also known as system inspection function, the system can get real-time monitoring and test data for each remote terminal; ②Test Abnormal Alarm, if the detected data exceeds the upper limit or the lower limit, the system will issue a warning beep, and corresponding entry will turn red, to prompt the test personnel in a timely manner to deal with;③Test Data Record, including sample record basic information, experiment data record, alarm information, all the data is recorded into the system database to prepare for the late discovery, access and analysis;④ Experimental Information Automatic Processing, The system also implements the following functions, automatic processing of test time, automatic generation of experimental record sheets.The results of the system functional verification show that system has reached the design expectations. The data acquisition and monitoring system meet the design requirements, and has delivered a user trial that has a good reflect, Use of the system greatly reduces the workload of staff, greatly improved work efficiency and the ability to respond to test anomalies. This is a critical step of laboratory management from artificial to intelligence. Meanwhile, the system has reference value to other similar laboratories.
