With the spectrum resources become increasingly tense, develop and utilize the resources effectively is the most important issue for the government. Radio monitoring and management system is one of the key projects that Haige Communications Group Co. put much emphasis on; it is established in the request of this trend. Radio monitoring data acquisition and analysis system is responsible for the overall system's data acquisition, storage and statistical analysis. It is implemented by a variety of monitoring techniques and tools to obtain data, and advanced database technologies for storage and future use.The radio monitoring data acquisition and analysis system is supported by the receivers and various monitor methods, based on RMTP protocol, to collect a great quantity of data, then, the system put the data into database for future analysis. Among them, the data are collected in two ways: manual acquisition and automatic collection, two types: realtime collection and non-realtime collection, and many methods: ITU measurement, frequency scanning, discrete scanning, etc. In order to manage the monitoring data better, the system classifies the data into three types: realtime data, 10 seconds intervals data, and 15 minutes intervals data. The realtime data is stored in the disk by files, its index and file path are stored in the database. The 10 seconds intervals data and 15 minutes intervals data are saved directly to the database. Analyzing data through the occupy degree, including channel occupied mode and frequency band occupied mode.As the radio monitoring data is very large and vital, in the process of storage and statistical analysis, using data sharding to increase the query speed on table; adopting data cleaning technology for monitoring data pretreatment to ensure it is reliable and correct. In addition, storage procedures and other methods of optimizing oracle database query are in use to enhance the data processing performance.Through the research on the article, it eventually completed the design and implementation of many kinds of acquisition methods to realize radio monitoring, providing many automation acquisition channel. In addition, classify and storage the monitoring data reasonably and properly. In this way, it effectively reduces the data amount and ensures the data as integrally as possible. Then, on the basis of the monitoring result of channel occupy degree, frequency band occupy degree and level distribution to analyze comparatively, and obtain the results as follows: channel occupy degree in time slot, channel occupy degree comparison, signal intensity change analysis, field intensity distribution statistics, stations use statistics and frequency utilization results. And so, we can grasp the radio monitoring environment conditions full and reliably.
