The new generation of weather radar plays an irreplaceable role in weather monitoring and is of great significance for disaster prevention and mitigation.Therefore,it is the key to eliminate radar faults quickly and ensure the operation of the radar normally and stably.A large part of the unattended weather radar is far from the city,distributed in high mountains or islands,the cost of fault maintenance is higher.Through the technical means to realize remote monitoring,real-time understanding of radar working status,encounter special faults in time to achieve remote control so that radar re-put into business operation,is the current radar support work of the urgent need.The radar state monitoring system described in this paper is designed and implemented based on actual business projects.The system collects the running state of the radar,the power of each component,the alarm information,the external power supply,and the temperature and humidity of the operating environment through software and hardware,and achieve localized remote control when there is something wrong with the radar.The hardware device mainly uses the single chip MSP430F5438 A to collect data and control the radar,and uses ZigBee communication and wired network for data exchange and storage.The Software of Radar Remote Monitor System provides friendly user terminal interface,which adopts the C/S architecture based on the.Net Framework and uses Windows Forms,Entities Framework and other technologies to realize interaction with lower computer.This paper details the hardware and software design of the radar monitoring system.The hardware part include the design of the radar running state acquisition circuit and the development of embedded software,the design of the external power supply sensor and operating environment parameter acquisition sensor,and the communication networking mode.The software part introduces in detail the serial port programming,multi-threading technology application,system test process,as well as the UI interface design,data storage,management and control,system alarm,data query and export and other functional modules.Radar Remote Monitoring System has been practical application in many radar stations in Zhejiang Province.The PC software and hardware circuits are stable,and it can continuously collect radar running status,and output alarm information in time.The system has achieved the expected goals and meet the monitoring requirements of radar business operation support work,which played a due role in saving human resources.
